PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

 

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named child, hereby grant permission to Little Buds Nature Club and its representatives to photograph, record, and publish images or videos of my child taken during their participation in the camp.

 

I understand that these images or videos may be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.

 

I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished materials or any accompanying written or spoken descriptions, and I understand that there will be no financial compensation provided to my child or me for the use of these materials.

 

I also acknowledge that once the images or videos are published, the camp or its representatives cannot control their subsequent use by others.

 

I understand that the camp will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of my child and will not disclose any personal information such as full name, address, or contact details without obtaining additional consent.

 

I release and discharge Little Buds Nature Club, its representatives, and all persons acting under their permission or authority, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use, dissemination, or publication of such images or videos.
